Head of Compliance Department

Key responsibilities:

• Support, improvement, and implementation of policies in the areas of ethics, anti-corruption, personal data protection, labor rights, trade practices, and hospitality rules;
• Conduct compliance analysis of current processes and develop risk maps;
  Build a system of internal control, audits, and incident response;
• Organize compliance training and certification of employees;
• Support and implement compliance tools into key operational processes;
• Monitor changes in legislation and international practices and develop recommendations for their application;
• Communicate with regulators, auditors, internal clients, and partners;
• Foster a compliance culture through integration into the company’s system of values.

• Knowledge of legislation in the areas of anti-corruption regulation, labor law, and compliance standards (national and international);
• Knowledge of ISO 37001, GDPR;
• Experience in developing risk maps and control systems;
• Skills in using AI tools, incident monitoring, and internal investigation systems;
• Ability to draft regulatory documents, policies, and reports;
• Experience in investigations, conflict cases, complaints from employees or third parties;
• Proficiency in English;
• Experience with internal investigation or incident management systems;
• Attention to detail and structured approach;
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex matters in simple terms;
• Ability to work with confidential information.

• Salary — open to hearing and discussing candidate expectations;
• Official employment under the Labor Code of Ukraine from the first working day;
• Possible military deferment provided the candidate has properly issued military registration documents.
