Our client set an objective for our IT recruitment team – to find a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (C#) to boost their technological innovation.
We were tasked with locating an individual who had a strong background in C# and full stack development, was a problem-solver and a team player.
The role also called for expertise in technical design and the development of .NET applications, harnessing both backend and frontend technologies and databases.
Here are some requirements for the position:
- Proficiency in C# .NET and ASP.NET, underpinned by a solid foundation of knowledge from their background.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Expertise in the design, creation, management, and security aspects of MSSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Angular, specifically versions 6 and higher.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git.
In our pursuit of identifying the ideal candidate, we initiated a comprehensive search, engaging with nearly 100 proficient Senior C# developers.
The journey was not without its challenges as many preferred part-time engagement and a few lacked the comprehensive skill set required.
