One of the goals of our partnership was to hire a 2D Animator.
The main challenge was to fill this vacancy within one month. Our client was seeking a senior-level candidate who could start as soon as possible.
Here are the specific requirements for the position:
- A minimum of three years of immersive experience in the realm of gaming animation, where creativity knows no bounds.
- Proficiency in an array of cutting-edge tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Spine, and After Effects.
- At least an upper-intermediate level of the English language.
- A remarkable portfolio that showcases an exceptional range of projects within the dynamic gambling industry, demonstrating an artistic prowess capable of captivating audiences.
After an extensive search, we managed to identify over 170 candidates who potentially met the requirements.
Out of this pool, 14 candidates were selected for further consideration and had the opportunity to engage in interviews with the client.
Following the interviews, three candidates were chosen to proceed to the next stage, which involved a test task and a call with the CEO of PHOENIX 7.
As a result of this thorough selection process, the client successfully hired two 2D Animators within a span of three weeks.
