Our partner, a leading international company in Ukraine’s retail market, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner.

Professional goal:

To take part in developing an exceptional mobile application designed for tens of millions of the company’s customers.

Main responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

  • Development and defense of digital product concepts / Mobile App in front of stakeholders, product roadmap management;
  • Formation of a long-term vision of the product in accordance with the needs of the business and users.

Preparation and analysis of business requirements (BRD):

  • Constant interaction with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, legal, finance, etc.) and key stakeholders to define business requirements;
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis and studying user behavior.

Backlog development and management:

  • Formation, prioritization and updating of the product backlog (user stories, tasks);
  • Determination of MVP and release order (timeline).

Coordination of the development team:

  • Work with a team of developers, designers and testers;
  • Sprint preparation, participation in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Launch and monitoring:

  • Coordination of the launch of new mobile application functionalities;
  • Analysis of product KPIs (downloads, conversions, retention) and suggestions for their improvement.

Focus on customer experience (CX):

  • Continuous improvement of the UX/UI/AI of the mobile application;
  • Collection of feedback from users and implementation of relevant improvements.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in digital product or mobile app development;

Experience in retail or e-commerce will be an advantage.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Visio, Confluence, MS Project);
  • Understanding of UI/UX/AI design principles.

Technical training:

  • Basic knowledge of mobile app architecture (iOS, Android);
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase).

Languages:

Fluent in Ukrainian and English;
