• Design and implement a Python-based test automation framework for networking products such as switches, routers, and network packet brokers.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure that all products meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation processes, identifying and resolving issues effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and networking quality assurance.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance teams.
• Align test automation strategies with customer requirements.
• Mandatory experience in Sonic configuration and verification.
• Strong background in the networking industry, particularly with configuring switches and routers.
• Deep understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures, including L2/L3 and protocols like ARP, VLAN, STP, IGMP, BGP, and SNMP.
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance with a focus on test automation and scripting.
• Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages.
• Experience with network testing and monitoring tools like Spirent and Ixia.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git and Docker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
