Product Director. The world’s #1 sportswear brand.

• Manage a team of Product Managers (5 people).
• Oversee assortment planning.
• Develop and implement seasonal and long-term brand initiatives.
• Create strategic plans and align budgets between the company and the brand’s headquarters.
• Lead the organization of seasonal showrooms to present new collections, sales strategies, merchandising, and pricing.
• Develop and coordinate sales plans together with the Sales Coordinator.
• Oversee the brand’s orders and sales.
• Align strategy for working with key clients.
• Prepare reports based on seasonal pre-orders and analyze the team’s overall performance.

• At least 3 years of experience in managerial positions in product management.
• Ability to manage a team of five or more people, ensuring goals are met.
• Knowledge of assortment planning and market analysis methods.
• Experience in developing and implementing seasonal and long-term strategies for brands.
• Ability to organize seasonal showrooms and new collection presentations.
• Experience aligning budgets and strategic plans with the brand’s head office.
• Ability to develop and align sales plans.
• Skills in coordinating work with key clients and partners.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various management levels.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to negotiate and align cooperation terms.
• Passion for sports and good physical fitness.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
