Our partner, a dynamic and fast-scaling retail company, is looking for a Marketing Director.

The company operates a network of more than 50 supermarkets and convenience stores and employs over 2,500 people.

This is a key strategic role within a large retail company that is currently in a phase of rapid scaling and expansion into new regions of Ukraine.

The position involves a direct impact on customer experience, loyalty programs, and the overall commercial performance of the entire network.

You will have a high level of autonomy, lead a strong marketing team, and shape marketing strategy for a large national retail network within a structured business environment.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company’s integrated marketing strategy
  • Design, implement, and scale loyalty programs
  • Enhance customer experience across all brand touchpoints
  • Manage trade marketing, promotional activities, and joint campaigns with suppliers
  • Plan, manage, and control the marketing budget
  • Lead and develop the marketing team (14 specialists)
  • Manage advertising campaigns (digital, outdoor, TV, radio)
  • Develop CRM strategy and leverage data for decision-making
  • Contribute to pricing and promotional policy together with the commercial department
  • Oversee brand management, communications, and marketing standards across the network
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven people management experience
  • Hands-on experience in B2C marketing
  • Experience with loyalty programs and customer service
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, trade marketing, and customer journey
  • Analytical mindset, ability to work with KPIs and marketing metrics
  • Experience managing budgets of $100K+
  • Knowledge of web analytics and modern marketing technologies, including AI
