As a lead generator, it’s job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team.
You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
Your primary tool is usually the Linkedin along with automation software, though you also might find new business through email and social media campaigns.
- Developing and executing a leads generation strategy
- Day-to-day work with potential customers’ database
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining efficient sales practices, processes, and tools
- Generating leads through various channels
- Finding new potential clients
- Cold emails/calls etc
- Arrange the initial Leads / Clients contacts
- Handle CRM daily
- Work closely with the Business Development manager in order to deliver the Lead Generation plans
- Conduct professional social network research (Linkedin, Facebook, Angel List, Quora, Contact Databases, Similarweb, etc.)
- Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
- Meeting setup
- 2+ years of experience in the related area, preferably in an IT company
- Language: English, Ukrainian/Russian
- Understanding the Cold Outreach Process
- Experience with platforms/programs: Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Appolo, MailChimp, Phantom Buster
- Data-driven. Strong Analytical skills & understanding and love digging through data
- Previous experience B2B selling
- Working as lead generator/sales
- Understanding target markets, customer segmentation, and lead qualification criteria is valuable.
- Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems
- Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting and able to work without constant supervision
- Willingness to learn new things and ask questions, proactive attitude
