Our partner, a leading international company in Ukraine’s retail market, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager.

Professional goal:

To take part in developing an exceptional mobile application designed for tens of millions of the company’s customers.

 

Main responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

  • Conceptualize and present digital product ideas (including Mobile Apps) to stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage the product roadmap.
  • Develop a long-term product vision that aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate all phases of digital product development, from concept to deployment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists.
  • Conduct risk analysis and address challenges promptly during project execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and set priorities.
  • Host regular team meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Bridge communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience managing IT projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into technical deliverables.

2.Оформлення в штат компанії згідно з трудовим законодавством, біла зарплата. Це не ФОП, з ФОП компанія не працює.
3.Робота в офісі в Юніт Сіті, можна обговорювати гібридний варіант. Повністю віддалену роботу на цьому етапі компанія поки не розглядає, оскільки це старт проєкту.
