We are looking for an HR Manager who will become a key player in shaping the team and building the HR system from scratch.

- Full-cycle recruitment for office and retail positions: posting vacancies, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
- Drafting and maintaining employment contracts, job descriptions, and other HR documents in accordance with Bulgarian labor legislation.
- Developing and implementing internal HR policies and procedures: code of conduct, leave policy, disciplinary rules, motivation programs, etc.
- Liaising with external providers for payroll, social contributions, and other HR-related payments.
- Organizing corporate training and development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, implementing workplace safety and employee well-being procedures.
- Building HR reporting and analytics for company management.
- Establishing internal communication systems, organizational structure, and process regulations.
