Our partner, a fast-growing international retail chain, is considering candidates for the position of Format Manager (Home & Lifestyle).
This role offers the opportunity to lead the full cycle of creating a new Home & Lifestyle format within one of the most dynamic international retail networks.
You will have strategic influence over the development of the concept, financial model, and operational standards of a format that will serve as the foundation for scaling across international markets.

Objective: to develop and implement a new Home & Lifestyle format for an existing international retail network.

- The goal of the new format is to offer inspiring home and lifestyle solutions that combine style, quality and value to the customer
- Develop the Home & Lifestyle format concept: target audience, positioning, assortment, value proposition and unique selling spaces
- Build the format implementation roadmap: project phases, KPIs, timelines, budgeting
- Develop the financial model for the format: sales, margin, profitability, return on investment; responsibility for the format’s P&L
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: marketing, procurement, merchandising, IT and external partners
- Define requirements for assortment, pricing, promotional activities and merchandising plans
- Analyze and measure performance: monitor sales, margin, conversion, average basket; conduct A/B tests and validate hypotheses
- Develop and implement operational efficiency standards: layout processes, visual merchandising, customer journey
- Experience in format management, retail format development, format design leadership, category management or other relevant roles, minimum 5 years
- Strong understanding of merchandising, assortment management and customer experience in retail
- Excellent analytical skills: working with data, visualization and making conclusions based on KPIs
- Experience in project management and cross-functional leadership
- Marketing and format positioning skills, knowledge of A/B testing methods
- Ability to develop concepts, translate them into requirements and coordinate implementation
- Strong communication skills at all levels: operational teams, senior management and external partners
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, SQL/BI where possible), experience with CRM/ERP systems
