Our partner, a leading manufacturer of high-precision medical components, is looking for a CNC machine setter.

This is a key production role responsible for setting up, optimizing, and maintaining Swiss-type CNC turning machines used to manufacture high-precision medical components.

You will play an essential part in ensuring production quality, efficiency, and compliance with the highest international standards while working in a modern manufacturing environment.

Our partner is a modern manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-precision medical components from biocompatible metals and polymers.

The facility is built according to international standards and manufactures products used in maxillofacial, spinal, cardiovascular implantology, and neurosurgery.

The company continuously invests in advanced technologies, employee development, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience setting up CNC turning machines.
  • Experience with Swiss Type CNC machines (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Nomura, Takang, or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi control systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, CNC documentation, and machining programs.
  • Experience creating, editing, and adjusting CNC programs.
  • Experience working with CAM software (SolidCAM or equivalent).
  • Ability to set up and test CNC programs.
  • Experience selecting cutting tools and machining parameters based on material and part specifications.
  • Proficiency in precision measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and develop
Additionally:

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks or equivalent).
  • Experience optimizing machining processes to improve productivity.
  • Knowledge of modern cutting tools and tooling systems.
