Our partner, a leading international company in Ukraine’s retail market, is seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer
Professional goal
A leader who will take full responsibility for the company’s product strategy and the development of all digital channels, including the mobile app, loyalty programme, and e-commerce platform.
Main responsibilities:
- Define and implement the company’s product strategy;
- Manage product teams and coordinate their work;
- Drive the development of the mobile app, website, loyalty programme, and e-commerce stream;
- Analyse user data and improve the product portfolio accordingly;
- Transform traditional retail into a fully digital customer journey;
- Work closely with the executive team to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product or digital roles, leading teams and owning roadmaps;
- Proven experience in a retail company (mandatory);
- Expertise in customer digitalisation: loyalty programmes, CRM, segmentation, personalisation;
- Successful track record of launching and scaling applications;
- Data-driven approach: working with LTV, retention, adoption rate.
