- Develop and execute financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business growth.
- Oversee and optimize cash flow management, working capital, and financial risk mitigation.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with international and local regulations.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Oversee the implementation of ERP systems to enhance financial efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements.
- Analyze financial data to support pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize inventory management, minimize losses, and improve turnover rates.
- Monitor key retail performance indicators (KPIs) to assess profitability across store locations.
- Work closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure financial stability and sustainable growth.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CFO.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Background in Big4 is a significant advantage.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the retail sector are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build and optimize financial processes from scratch.
- Experience implementing ERP systems is preferred.
- Successful track record in managing finances for companies with an annual turnover of at least €10 million.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and high ethical standards.
