Launched in 2004, Escadra recruiting agency has since been specializing in IT recruitment. Over the years the agency has amassed a wealth of experience and built up relations of partnership with Clients and Candidates.
Due to Russian invasion into Ukraine, we moved our head office to Bucharest (Romania).
Now our recruiters work in Ukraine, Romania, UK, and Poland.
We actively take orders to search for IT specialists for our clients all over the world (except Russia).
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in using marketing technologies to engage potential clients
- Understanding the B2B contracting process
- Have fluent spoken and written English with excellent English comprehension skills.
- Have 3-5 years of sales or marketing related experience in B2B industry.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Basic IT technical understanding will be a plus.
