About the Role

No boring scripts and no endless cold-calling. This role is based on creativity, innovative networking and the freedom to explore new approaches.

We are looking for a true brand ambassador who will test new ideas, identify opportunities to attract clients, and build long-term relationships with companies.

 

Main responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • 🎯 Engage new clients through a variety of channels.
  • 🤝 Lead direct sales activities and build professional networks through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • 💡 Initiate and execute marketing activities, including content marketing, advertising campaigns, and creative lead-generation strategies.
  • 🚀 Experiment with new business development approaches and identify innovative ways to engage potential clients.
Requirements:

You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You:

  • Have a Strong B2B Background: You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing, and understand the full cycle of B2B deal-making and contract negotiations.
  • Understand Modern Marketing Technologies: You successfully leverage modern marketing tools and channels for lead generation, engagement and client acquisition.
  • Are Independent and Proactive: You thrive in an autonomous environment and don’t require constant supervision. We trust our team, provide freedom and avoid micromanagement.
  • Excel at Relationship Building: You have outstanding communication skills, know how to listen, and genuinely enjoy building long-term partnerships with clients.

Language Requirements

  • Romanian — Fluent/Native level
  • English — Fluent (both spoken and written, with excellent business communication skills)
  • Ukrainian or Russian — Fluent
